Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
D-PRO Inc. offers the following Returns Policy: Within 15 days of receipt of item(s), you may return merchandise for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase. Acquire an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) by emailing email@example.com or by contacting us by phone. Returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box and must include all packing materials, invoices, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Place original package and merchandise into a shipping carton. Do not place stickers or shipping labels on original manufacturer’s packaging. Ship via insured service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of customer. D-PRO Inc. cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Any merchandise missing original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. If all conditions are not met, D-PRO Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
